No Show & Cancellation Policy

At Vestavia Eye Care, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every patient. To help us serve all of our patients effectively, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We reserve the right to charge a $150 fee for missed appointments or appointments not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unexpected situations. However, repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in additional fees or limited scheduling options.
